Thanks this is some good information.  The PWSI plan is good - hope the Virginia guidelines align with it.  I have not been able to find what the Forward Virginia Phase 3 guidelines actually are - it seems like the state is determining the Phase guidelines as they go along.

My guess is tournaments probably won't happen this year.  An in between approach could be local head to head games allowed without tournaments.[/quote]
