I’m pro-ADU and pro-duplex which is what I disagreed with Elrich on, but in principle I’d like to see more homes priced modestly within reach of middle class people to own, not snazzy high rises that corporate landlords own to profit off a continuous turnover of high earning young professionals. That’s why I like the suburbs, not Adams Morgan.[/quote]
