And you may not realize it, even if you’re using a food tracking app. [/quote] I had the same issue, and it was the snacking (and nibbling) combined with not taking the time to eat regular meals. I don’t even think it was the calories. I think it just kind of messes with your metabolism to snack all day rather than eating proper meals. I also think cortisol levels are up for everyone. It’s a stressful time! And high cortisol levels decrease your metabolism as well. [/quote]
