Some legal questions:
(1) Is it legal to hold onto the fees and transfer them as a credit to the next season, instead of offering a refund?  Doesn't this mean that SAC is collecting interest on your money?  If you got a refund, you could put that money in the bank and collect interest for yourself, right
(2) Is it legal to require families to forfeit their money if they decide to go to another club or &lt;gasp&gt; drop out of travel altogether?  Seems like extortion to "force" players to stay with SAC for an additional season or else theyre out hundreds (or thousands) of dollars.[/quote]
