The live classes will be taught by our positive, engaging, professional trainers and are designed for small spaces, indoors or out. Kids won't need any special equipment beyond sneakers/cleats and a soccer ball to work on things such as conditioning, ball mastery, dribbling, 1v1 moves and more.

If your players enjoy themselves, we'd love to see them again! We're offering Tuesday/Thursday group sessions at the same times for the next four weeks, and can also put together custom virtual training programs for teams, small groups, or individuals.
