They told me to call the VA DMV to get a report of all the cars registered in our household to prove that the one with the toll violation was not ours. I wondered about filing a police report so it would be flagged that this car didn't belong to us in case they did anything else, but she didn't really think that was necessary. So I guess I'll call DMV Monday and go from there. My husband is pissed about the work it's creating for us and the fact that he's probably going to lose his vanity plates but c'est la vie. I'm sure we'll get another invoice from Florida next month - the toll violations were spread over about 2 weeks leading up to the invoice date so I'm guessing they're not going to stop. [/quote]
