[/quote] These are not good for small kids and give a terrible belt fit. Get a Finale or another high backed harness booster as they aren't 40 pounds and that is the absolute minimum. They can submarine under the seat belt if they are that small. I tried both of those and returned both as they were terrible. Child should be in a high back booster at a minimum. The Combi Kobuk is a great seat for smaller kids but no latch and I wouldn't travel with it. I would get a high back booster with a minimum of the crotch strap/holder not sure what you call it at that weight.[/quote]
