Exercise helps to boost the immune system and lessen the severity of viruses like the Coronavirus. Strength training helps to prevent osteoporosis and Type II diabetes. Trainers help to prevent injury to our bodies. Gold's is a great gym and it would be terrible for them to have to close.[/quote]
