Zoom webinars restrict the video and audio to identified "panelists". Everyone else joins as participants who can't share or annotate the screen or speak to the group. You can add other restrictions to restrict chatting and not allow participants to change their display name. The public can be invited but the public wouldn't be able to take over video or audio.[/quote]
