If you are a mother and alive or have one that is alive WTF complaining about! I mean really depressing it's a commercial day and has nothing to do with love for or being grateful for a mother. There's plenty to be depressed about during this outbreak but not this, AMERICAN problems!  Try being a refugee or in Italy or Spain ….[/quote]

For those who have lived with and celebrated Mother’s Day their entire lives it’s more than just a commercial holiday. Every single holiday that anyone celebrates was manufactured at some point anyway (usually by someone with an agenda), so you could say the same of just about any of them. Once they are adopted by a society it doesn’t matter so much where they came from; it’s about tradition, celebration, and honoring something.
