No, that's not at all what it says. If you can't work because your kids need care, you can take leave.

Your employer can't just decide to "put you on it". If you CANNOT WORK because of COVID-19 related reasons (you are sick, you are caring for your children, etc.) then YOU MAY OPT TO TAKE IT.

No one is forcing you to take the leave, OP. If you're working from home, great![/quote]
