Right now they have to pay for technical and admin staff for these seperate organizations and that is not good in the current environment. I'm not trying to pick on these three organizations, they already work together so they make a good example. But this could lead to large consolidation efforts between any number of clubs to streamline and cut costs. Other area's around the country have mega clubs with dozens of regional teams and one or two elite teams at the top for every age group, that model could work well here too. [/quote]
