With kids physically developing at different rates. With kids training and practicing at different rates. With kids emotionally all over the board. Tryouts and rosters are an open book. There will need to be a major reset. Nobody should be granted a spot merely because they were on such and such team before. It will be good for the sport to shed the wheat from the shaft. Too many resting on their laurels with their civil service protection getting passed on while daddy kisses *ss year to year.[/quote]
