There is no coasting. You're either riding on a flat road or climbing (usually climbing) the whole time. OP, a person can definitely get as good a workout on a Peloton as on a treadmill. But really it's a question of whether *you* will work as hard on a Peloton. Both provide an excellent workout and can provide a big calorie burn if you put in the effort.[/quote]
