My boys are 3 and 4 and we are plowing through food. But, we are also averaging 2-3 miles a day of biking and hiking, plus gardening and just playing. I do not offer snacks at all but instead serve HUGE meals: rice cooked in cream, vegetables with cheese. LOTS of full fat food. As such, I have to be super active also. LOTS of nut butter, smoothies. It's hard with the food but what to do!?[/quote]
