We are looking for parents to participate in this survey study. After completing the first survey, participants will be entered into a raffle to win a $20 gift card (odds of winning are 1 in 40). For each of two follow up surveys, participants will be entered into another raffle to win a $40 gift card (odds of winning are 1 in 40). Each survey takes about 15 minutes to complete (i.e., three surveys in total, maximum possible raffle prize is $100).

To qualify for the study, you must
1) be the primary caregiver of one child between the age of 3 to 8 years old,
2) currently reside in the U.S.,
3) be 18 years and older.
