Hi all, had my first naturally at 40 after 2 years of infertility. 3 failed IUIs and 1 failed IVF. No diagnosis, husband had slightly low morphology but no real reason was given other than my age. Did supplements, treated my thyroid, and got pregnant naturally by surprise at 39 and delivered at 40. Tried again for several months when my son was approaching 2...went to a different IVF clinic and was told my chances were dismal bc I had been a previous poor responder. Fast forward and I am now divorced and have a partner of almost a year now (please if possible reserve comments to the subject at hand, feriltity, and not my divorce/boyfriend/etc and be kind!)... have gotten pregnant twice but miscarried around 6 weeks both times. The first time was absolute shock after being told I couldn't get pregnant previously. Second time yes had been practicing bc methods via timing etc but clearly was off (have a weird long cycle). We have been together about a year now and I would like to actually try now. I asked my GP, who is a very religious Catholic, and he pointed me to the Creighton Method. It seems pretty expensive (almost $100/session with 6 required and not covered by insurance). He says there are other things he or another dr can tell me (I'm guessing vitamins, etc) to keep a pregnancy (as getting pregnant with my partner doesn't seem to be the problem now). Is this worth it? What is it other than charting CM? Are there any other things anyone can tell me that would help? I'm taking the same supplements as I was at 39 but obviously I'm 4 years older but have also gotten pregnant twice in the last 6 months! Any advice? Thanks so much in advance-
