You aren't following the 'stay home' messaging if you are always out at the store. The groceries stores are where everyone is congregating and going - probably one of the places you are most likely to pick up the virus. No one should be out and about to the store all the time. People should be limiting trips to the store to one trip every 7-14 days depending on their needs.
