It finally hit me that this damn hood is being made in China! I asked the company and they confirmed.  They used terms like, we source our products from artisans around the world . Ugh such BS . I could’ve ordered the damn hood myself at a fraction of the price . Meanwhile I did the same with my iron custom front entrance door which is taking forever as well. Again, I paid a arm and leg for it and guarantee it’s being made in China and I’m just paying this middle man who acted like he had a factory here in the states.  Are there even  companies in the states that fabricate these type of intricate custom items? Or is everything made in China!!!  PS I’m thinking about getting into this business myself! It seems all you need is a computer, a great website and a few car salesmen type employees. [/quote]
