Totally! I know other schools do that and I will fully expect that for the future. I had previously read the theory that everyone gets waitlisted at NCRC. I’ve seen it suggested a few times on older threads on this forum. I thought they did it to let 3 year olds (ok, their parents) down gently. That’s why I was surprised they got a flat out rejection. But yes, that’s the reality for sure. [/quote]
