If you want him potty trained then treat him like he’s potty trained. Bring a change of pants for accidents. Keep prompting—it takes time to self-initiate. Don’t give attention to accidents. Just say in a neutral tone: “I see you peed in your pants. Pee goes in the potty. Please go change your pants.” Same thing every time until it clicks.[/quote]
