That situation will not help MCPS declaring "The achievement gap is closing" Remember, the Office of Equity Initiatives used to be under Chief Academic Office, who is under the Deputy Superintendent. In the latest re-org in 02/10/2020, "The MCPS Equity Initiatives Unit and Office of Human Resources will now report directly to Deputy Superintendent Monifa McKnight."[/quote]
