This is the first online review I’ve found anywhere from 2020 under their new interim director (thank you for posting) and the majority of reviews I have located are from 2018 or before. Our son is new there but we are strongly considering looking for alternative options.

Though I can only find mostly positive reviews of the teachers/staff we have not been overly impressed. Despite picking him up at various times in the day, his providers are usually always on their phone rather than interacting, they repeatedly send him home in clothes that aren’t his with evidence of his lunch still on his face, and they have not been attentive when we explained a new health issue our son is experiencing which impacts the frequency and amounts of his usual feeds. He drinks a fraction of what we can get him to drink at home (feeding him now takes considerably more patience and understanding of differing cues etc.).  We’re first-time parents and are unsure if these are normal growing pains as we adjust to daycare.[/quote]
