[/quote] Each season is one book. I read all of them and liked books 2 and 3 the least. The 4th got better, but I loved the series the most after that. I got such a better sense of Jamie and Claire as fully developed individuals, and I loved seeing a mature, enduring relationship. It makes you realize how little of that we see in tv or books.
