Prepare for lots of blisters (more than any other thing my DS tried, a longer breaking in time so give it like a month, make sure it is snug because they will loosen up after broken in and with no laces, it will either fit or it won't, and if he has wide feet, forget it. [/quote]

Sure, I do think natural foot shape is a factor.  Wide feet or narrow?  And "tall" feet or "short" ?  I don't know how tp phrase it but from the ground to the top of the foot.  However, when they first came out, it spread like wild fire and that was the majority experience of lots of blisters.  One coach who still played on the side recommended half size down for a snugger fit.[/quote]
