At our school, you can definitely get a copy of your child's entire packet after hearing back as to whether they were accepted or not. I have never requested the packet earlier than that, so I am not sure what their policy is on that. It is too early for a packet right now - they have not finished putting them together - so if you are asking for a copy now, it makes sense they don't want to waste their time making a copy of an incomplete packet for you.
