Getting behind the wheel after drinking is castigated.  Texting and using the cellphone while driving is castigsted.  It is time to throw in driving while high into the same group.  It is insane how much weed you smell through the vents of your car while driving around the DMV. The odds simply increase that more accidents will occur when you have that many stoned individuals now all around you because everyone thinks weed is totally innocuous like water.

No one cares if you rip a huge bong at your house or on private property, but you put other people at risk when you are in the car doing it.
