Lice love clean hair, and if you coat the strands they can’t get a grip. My DD had tons of out-of-control fine curls, so we always used some kind of detangler or styling cream just to get a comb through it in the mornings. She never once had lice, even in the worst preschool outbreaks. [/quote]
