And every time the lab called me it would go straight to voicemail without ringing - which, of course, I knew because I was waiting anxiously by the phone each time for an update!  I don’t know why that would happen but I felt like it was done on purpose because the lab didn’t want to actually talk to me.  So, in short, I liked Dr. Payson and if he went to a different clinic I’d go see him again.  My only issue with CCRM is that I lost faith in their lab and the people who work in it.
