I'm just someone who doesn't even enjoy driving into DC anymore because of all the homeless and drug users who have taken up residence in the "hip" areas. Even the valets have become sketchier. It's incumbent upon the useless DC politicians to clean up the city. Instead it's going down the tubes! I didn't move to the region to NOT enjoy nights out in the city.[/quote]

Well someone needs to help them out, not just take all their earthly belongings and cart them to the dump in a trash truck. That is just uncivilized and heartless. To not care is just plain ugly. No one wants the homeless near them, but to openly say, "survival of the fittest" is disgusting. We are not animals. We are civilized.[/quote]
