You can’t get output or know the exact resistance. Though I paid about $250 for a new bike and full set up (and you can get a used bike even cheaper) and pay $13 a month for the app. I didn’t belong to a gym for the first 6 months of my set up and my monthly gym cost was $80 so it paid for itself as an alternative in a few months. You can always do a 30 day free trial of the app and try it out on a bike at the gym and see if you even like the workouts.[/quote]
