The smaller room will stay the younger kids room, and our toddler will have the bigger room. The two bedrooms are in basement and I would not feel comfortable being on the third floor with one or both of them in the basement. We use it as a guest room and an office, but that may be rooms for them when they get older and want more privacy. [/quote]
