I am on the FET bandwagon again and want to hear about what foods and drinks you consumed post-successful FET. I had pineapple (plus its core) and soups for my transfer that worked. I also drank decaf tea (which I heard you're not supposed to do).
My first successful, a Krispy Kreme donut. My second successful (ended in miscarriage) a Krispy Kreme donut. My third successful (second live birth), a Krispy Kreme donut. I did not have a Krispy Kreme donut following my last transfer that ended in another miscarriage. I’m teasing a bit, but my point is that other than staying away from alcohol and large amounts of caffeine, I believe all that other stuff (no cold water, pineapple core, etc etc)- and my clinic agrees- is a load of it. If it makes you feel better about the transfer, more power to you. But you’re not going to have implantation failure because you drank a bit of tea.
