I was bemoaning the loss of the house to an elderly neighbor house when she said, "oh honey you don't want that house that's the murder house." sure enough I googled the address and a AOL exec had been murdered by his contractor in the basement.  The contractor had stuffed the guy in a barrel and drove dumped the body in VA.  If we had bought the house we would have had to move.[/quote]
