After they give you the pitch and ask you to take a tour before disclosing the rates, tell them you are able to pay a max of $X and is there program in line with this. Most people will be honest with you and be upfront if your budget and their cost are not in line and therefore not worth either of you wasting time exploring an option that financially cannot come to fruition.[/quote]
