Is it worth going to a D2 or D3 just for soccer that may not be strong academically if there is the option (being accepted) to attend a better academic school with no soccer?  I think I would prefer my child to go to a better academic school and if they are determined and good enough to play at the college level to try out as a walk on.  If they don't make it, they still get a higher level education.  Thoughts?[/quote]
