If one were serious about getting on a European Team or College Team, what steps would that person be taking.

We target the schools we are interested and go to their camps. Not sure how effective it is going to a camp with 50-60 other kids and like 10 coaches.[/quote]

To the first Poster: That is my questions exactly! LOL

To this Poster: This was my thinking too. But as I'm a Football person and that world is a bit different than Soccer, I wanted to make sure I'm on the right track.

My boy is only in 7th Grade, so we have a lot more time to worry about needing to know if we need to worry about this yet.  It is too bad for him I don't have money to get him in all these superduper travel teams, or this would all be easier (for me). &lt;ha ha&gt;

I was told that he was the most gifted athlete to come through the Gym Teacher's experience in 7 years.....but that was said in light of him misbehaving and not following the rules. &lt;eye roll&gt; [/quote]
