(In MCPS, "boundary study" means "the thing you do preparatory to changing school boundaries.") This is a comprehensive data analysis. In order to actually change boundaries, there will have to be boundary studies (i..e., the thing you do preparatory to changing school boundaries). There will certainly be a boundary study (i.e., the thing you do preparatory to changing school boundaries) for Woodward HS, before it opens. There will also certainly be a boundary study (i.e., the thing you do preparatory to changing school boundaries) for Crown HS, before it opens. [/quote]
