My water broke at 39w the night before the 2016 blizzard and, when we were in the hospital, quite a few of the nurses and OBs commented on the increase in patients and were connecting that to the low pressure system. All I know is L&D and post partum units at my hospital were completely full. It was crazy.[/quote]
