I will say we switched for a better middle school, but not actually being in the middle school, I can't say for sure.  The elementary is certainly no worse than our old school.[/quote]

There are many things I miss at our old school.  But there were real reasons I switched.  The grass is greener thing maybe applies to PK students switching from one hrcs to another.  After that, people switch because what they have isn't working.  If it was working, they wouldn't switch - elementary school communities are hard to leave.[/quote]

There are a lot of school without much sense of community charters as well as dcps. So, not a major factor for everyone. [/quote]
