But you want someone who understands how our government works, follows the rules and laws, and does their best to make decisions and judgments that to more good than harm and take into account all people, even if all people cannot be pleased with every decision.

For example, it is dangerous to be a one-issue voter if and when you are knowingly putting a corrupt person in power on the hopes that they are telling the truth to you about your one issue. The amount of harm to the rest of the world that comes from your one-issue victory may not be worth it in the end. It takes an honest and moral person to recognize that.[/quote]
