B - The U.N. also sent the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Mary Robinson to meet directly with the UAE royals and guess what she said? That the woman in question was deeply troubled.

Read the article in the next post from foreign policy.  The issue is so widespread that the in had to create a working group and has visited multiple countries with this issue.  Not sure why you can’t infer that.
