No.  Read the article.  It's to prevent a future forced marriage of her CHILD.

The previous pp is confusing Latifas.  Google his runaway daughter Latifa, who is either drugged senseless now or dead.  You should watch her video on youtube.

I live in London and our media (not the Daily Fail) actually seems to cover more of this.  I don't think you heard about the runaway Latifa, and yes, he has more than one daughter by that name.
