this is not necessarily the fault of the blue machine. The GOP pushes anti-democratic proposals and Dems come to realize that voting for their moderate Rep rep ends up with the House being controlled by Tom Delay/Dick Armey, then Jim Jordan and Steve Scalise of the Tea Party. It was inevitable that Dems would push back. [/quote]
