[/quote] You are choosing divorce. Your child is not at a private and he does not agree with private. So, yes, you should fully pay. You can use the child support to cover his portion. You should not get child support, private school, activities and anything you demand. You get child support. That covers his portion the child's expenses in your home. You are also expected to contribute.[/quote]
