Do you mean like Abraham Lincoln etc, or do you just mean images of white men in power? If the latter - I feel like that's too subtle for a young kid to really grasp; and I also think that it's not as visible in a multiethnic majority/minority city like DC (where all my kids drs and teachers have been African American women, almost!)
