Particularly since custody has already been established he has the burden of proving it should be modified so this should be something you can handle yourself WITH guidance from a lawyer. Honestly, just prepare a few simple interrogatories that request he disclose each point he intends to argue that supports a modification of the custody order. Take that to the lawyer and they can tell you what arguments/information to present and you should be able to represent yourself.[/quote]
