Listen. You need a lawyer. Your ex is suing you for full custody of your child. If he has a lawyer and you do not, the chances of you losing custody of your child are a lot higher. He is serious. He thinks that your child would be better off with him full time, and he has been gradually making a case against you. You getting a boyfriend is probably the icing on the cake for him. Were I in your situation, I would call the Women's Center and see what recommendations they have for you. You need to take this a lot more seriously than you have been. It's not about him liking court. It's that he thinks that your child would be better in his care than yours and he is willing to go to court to prove that. What are you willing to do to prove him wrong?[/quote]
