One number that always inflated the OTD number is the "dealer doc" processing fee, which was often $400-$500.  In NY, that price is capped at $75, which is great!  (In fact, I think im buying from a NY dealership)  So definitely check that number in your surrounding states.

Now, DCUMers, I'd like your opinion.  Im nearing the end of my 2 week online negotiating, and here's what I've got:
2019 Volvo XC60, AWD T5, Inscription trim level: OTD $46,000
2019 Honda Passport, AWD Touring trim level: OTD $39,200

Which one is a better deal?  Which would you take?
