There is so much we are learning about microbiome and colon health (especially as colon cancer and IBD rates are increasing dramatically) It seems like a silly risk to cut out whole grains -fruits and vegetables don’t fully cover it. Though a lot of what Americans think of whole grains is a pretty weak standard. [/quote] Yes, please do your research. We actually do not need grains and the high grain/fiber and low fat diet is the same that brought this country a huge increase in obesity and type 2 diabetes. I eat 95% carnivore diet and my health has never been better. Unlearn what’s been shoved down tour throat and relearn for yourself. [/quote]
